GODERICH'S BEAUTIFUL BEACHES
Goderich's three Beautiful Beaches
are a must-see. With free parking, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and public washrooms these beaches are the perfect location for a day trip. With a boardwalk stretching 1.5 kilometres along the beachfront, you can be sure to catch our famous sunsets from every angle. The hours of operation are 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. Recreational vehicles and trailers of any type are prohibited. Check our list of campgrounds below to find a convenient place to camp.
Main Beach
The first beach when you descend to the Goderich Waterfront is the Main Beach, a sandy beach perfect for families. Enjoy the unique sight of ships coming into the Port of Goderich. Amenities include concession, washrooms, and play equipment.
St. Christopher's Beach
Our second beach, St. Christopher’s, sits in a shaded area in the centre of the Goderich Waterfront. Amenities include pavilions, washrooms, and play equipment. St. Christopher’s Beach is dog-friendly.
Rotary Cove Beach
Our newest beach, Rotary Cove is located at the end of Cove Road. It is sandy and shallow, popular among local families. Amenities include concession, washrooms, fitness equipment, and play equipment.
